amd r7 360 not booting on intell sandy bridge q65

I bought new r7 360 oc version from a friend ! I hve intell sandy bridge cor I 5 with q65 mothr board and its not booting ! No signal to monitor. tried on 5oo w and 650 w power supply but no luck !
6 pin is connected...dvi port is connected from graphucs card !
I heard there is a comparability issue with these intell motherboards ! So help please urgent !

I've had a friend buy an r7 360 and it wouldn't work for a MSI Military class II mobo + athlon 2 x4 2.6ghz processor(an older amd processor).
WHen we took it to a service they told us that newer cards sometimes won't work on older mobos/cpus. But i'm pretty sure that the athlon is older than your sandy bridge.
He also told us that the problem could be solved by updating the motheboard bios, but he didn't recommend it.
I hope you get it to work somehow.
