Looking for some intel on this build

So, this is my first time building a PC. Mid range, gaming build. I
want to hear your thought's on will it be enough for 1080p playing(2015-... games)
And, all the tehnical's, especially about cooling system and power system.
If I should add something, like another power supply and such things..
Spec's:
Kingston DDR4 HX Predator,16GB,2133MHz
Gigabyte R9 380X G1 GAMING, 4GB GDDR5
MOBO Asrock Intel 1150 Socket B85 Chipset M-ATX MB
Intel Core i5 4460 3.2GHz,6MB,LGA 1150
MS MONSTER BLUE PLATINUM 500w v5
Cooler Thermaltake Blue LED Case Fan 20cm
Hard disk Toshiba 1TB,7200rpm, 32MB

1. From case/PSU mentioned, I'm guessing that's a pre-built. I highly recommend picking your own parts and assembling yourself. I also question the quality of the PSU.

2. The GTX 1060 is a WAY better GPU, only about $50 more than a 380x (in the US anyway), has 6GB vs 4GB VRAM, and requires only 400w, vs 550w.

3. DDR4 at 2133, especially if high latency (CAS timing), isn't all that fast. Consider something higher frequency.

4. You didn't mention what country you're buying in, or any pricing, which makes it really hard to advise alternatives.

You should always mention location, price paid, and any online sources you use to buy from when asking such things.
