2x 120mm or 1x 140mm fan for my case?

Solution
get either a Phanteks PH-F140XP/SP or a Noctua NF-A14 PWM/FLX
the Phanteks looks better, the Noctua comes with more accessories (which you prb won't need anyway)

generally 140mm > 120mm as they can spin slower while moving the same amount of air which makes them quieter

if you want to spend as little as possible, Cougar fans are surprisingly good!

I would use Corsair AF 140.

but it will make my hdd get better temperatures

is your HDD running hot? because it doesn't really matter if it's at 38°C or at 33°C
