I have a 1070, 6600K, 16 GB of RAM and still, when in situations where there are many players (such as a raid in WoW) or if there is a big battle in dota, I will drop down to 30 fps (or 80 fps in dota).
I would not expect to drop below 100 EVER in dota on a machine like this.
My GPU is not even at 70%. Is my CPU faulty? How can I check that?
