If my motherboard says the ram speeds are DDR4 3466*(*O.C.)/ 3400*/ 3333*/ 3300*/ 3200*/ 3000*/ 2800*/ 2666*/ 2400*/ 2133 Can i use a 2400+ speed?

Yes, they are simply showing the various data rates the mobo/chipset has been tested too. ;) Above 2133 the CPU starts to play in as it's MC (memory controller) is the determining factor as far as the data rate you can run with that CPU. A stronger i5 or i7 can generally run 2666 or so above that may need a K model as a bit of a CPU OC may be required
