Hey there! So the thing is that I've already put a list together of upgrades, gosh never thought puzzling could be so much fun!, that I'm considering to buy to get my system up-to-date (it's getting 4 years old now). So if you guys could take a look at it to give some tips etc, whether they be to lower the costs or anything would be much appreciated!

My current budget I'm aiming for is about 500 euros, I'm fully aware of the fact I'm already over it :p,
I'm hoping to get an overclock of around 4.4/5/6GHZ.

The following is what I've put together and keep in mind I'm from the Netherlands:

PCPartPicker part list: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/ZNwZwV

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor (€238.38 @ Amazon Deutschland)

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S 55.0 CFM CPU Cooler (€61.99 @ Aquatuning)

Motherboard: Asus Z170-K ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (€118.75 @ Mindfactory)

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory (€77.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)

Case: NZXT Source 530 ATX Full Tower Case (€89.90 @ Case king)

Total: €587.01

Ps: I'm currently good on the GPU and PSU part, atm a EVGA GTX970 AC 2.0 and a Corsair cx600m power supply.
Storage is covered aswell

Thank you! I've spent just too many hours today to find everything and trying to stay around my budget. Perhaps you've got any tips? Maybe on the CPU cooler, perhaps cheaper BUT still able to keep the CPU cool when overclocked at above said frequencies?

Thanks in advance!

Just updated my post, I'm currently still using my Corsair cx600m, which seems more than enough for the system. ( Checked it out at pcpartpicker aswell) thanks for the compliment! Seeing it's my first time going for such a big upgrade.
