Will this mobo fit this case?

So as the title suggests i am looking to buy a new motherboard and case but i don't know whether they will fit. The motherboard is the Gigabyte Z97P-D3 Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard and the Case is an Aerocool VS-92 Gaming Case, this case is an ATX case but i just want to make sure before buying it because I don't really know in detail whether there is any other requirements for cases and motherboards to fit.

with those older cases the only two issues are the cooler height and the gpu length as the hard drive bays are fixed.
Max CPU Cooler Height:
158 mm
Max VGA Card Length:
410 mm
