ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 Or The MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard

Hey, I'm starting a new gaming build and i'm wondering which mobo is better the ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 or the MSI 970 Gaming i'm gonna Overclock The FX-8300 so which one would be better in that way and which one is just the better overall mobo. i'm also down for some suggestions for other motherboards in the 80-120 price range. Thanks

The ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 supports AMD's 220watt cpu's while the MSI 970 only up to 125watt cpus so I would say the Asus has a better and stronger VRM which will allow better overclocking.
