What is your budget?
I suspect you can do much better with it considering you've got an i5 and 970.
A WD Black is unnecessary in the 1TB format, get a WD Blue, it will perform identically.

do you have an SSD spec'd in there for the OS drive? if not, get that instead of the hard drive, and save up to add a data drive later on when the SSD fills up.
