Solution

Essentials is a crap AV compared to free or paid programs out there. If you don't want to buy an AV, then at least use a good free one. Avira and BitDefender both make two of the top rated solutions. AVG and Avast will tie for 3rd in most tests. Would highly recommend switching to one of those and rescanning. Also use a free anti malware suit like Malwarebyte.

You need .net 4.5 for a lot of software, and it's not a service at all.

Go buy a real antivirus program (Bitdefender, Kapersky, norton, trend micro, etc) and scan your system for viruses

i just did i don't scan a thing i need another answer

The problem is each instance of svchost contains any number of different processes. So its a matter of tracking down which process is in that svchost and stopping those.

Download and run Process Explorer. It'll give you a better idea what is in each svchost. From there you can start diagnosing.
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processexplorer.aspx
If you hover the mouse pointer over the different svchost entries it'll list the different services its running. Find the one running the highest Working set and go from there.

Also just offhand, I see you have BITS running, sometimes that can suck the life out of your RAM. Try stopping that service and see if it affects your RAM usage.

give me a good brand sir but it found out a worm infecting my system it's a information grabber please help im doing full scan

1) Bitdefender, Kapersky, Norton, or Trend Micro are highly suggested.
2) If you do have a virus it's best to reformat to avoid problems. After reformatting, install antivirus before anything else

If your going for a free AV, look at Avira and BitDefender, they have two of the best free products. After that AVG and Avast.

For paid, Bitdefender, Kasperksy, Trend Micro and Avria are some of the highest rated packages out there.

Couple that with Malwarebytes for a good anti malware.

Since you just installed anyway, reinstalling and saving yourself some time may not be the worst idea. If thats not an option, do a full scan (most software defaults to a quick scan). Also make sure only one anti virus software is installed. Multiple antiviruses on a system can cause problems .
