It will be paired with a I3 4370 @4.1Ghz which means the RAM will have to run at 2600Mhz and preferably at timings of 11-11-11-28. I dont know which G.Skill kit would have the better overclocking headroom because there isnt many forums about overclocking 2400Mhz ram. I have narrowed the kits to:

4x8Gb 2400Mhz G.Skill RipjawsZ
4x8Gb 2400Mhz G.Skill RipjawsX
4x8Gb 2400Mhz G.Skill Ares
4x8Gb 2400Mhz G.Skill Sniper

You may well have trouble running any of those sets at 2400 with your CPU, let alone 2600/2666. Normally some non-K i5 and i7s will run 2600/2666 while at stock, but oft times you need an OC of the CPU to carry those data rates. As far as OCing best from GSkill typically is the 2400/10 TridentX, there are also some RipJaws Z sets in 2400/10, from there the Snipers and RipJaws X are about on a par at 2400/11 and the Ares seldom have much OC headroom. Did an article on 2400 sets last year:

I don't use the Base Clock (BCLK) to OC. It generally not worth it. The BCLK OCs everything and builds up heat which can cause the components to deteriorate. DRAM can be OCed directly through the BIOS with data rate, timings and voltage adjustments to the DRAM itself and the MC
