Solution
your board under utility's will have a windows 7 installer tool to add the missing drivers .

a quick fgoogle search will show you all that when trying to use 7 on skylake [ they really don't want you to just to start with just 10 ] http://wccftech.com/intel-skylake-remove-support-usb-based-windows-7-installation-platform-specs/

example for asrock ''What Platform Are You Using'' then click 100 series

http://www.asrock.com/microsite/win7install/

each manufacture should have a ''tool'' to use to insert missing driver

with windows 8.1 or 10 you won't have a problem. To be honest since you have a skylake processor you should use windows 10 to use him at his full extend... If you insist on using windows 7, well, try plugging a dvd drive on your computer.

you mean i cant install windows 7 using a bootable drive on skylake processor

You can, but you need to load USB drivers.
Funny thing is that you can't use USB device to manually load those drivers.

Either you have to integrate USB drivers into installation or load them from somewhere else.

Edit:You can make a small partition on hard drive and place usb drivers there.

Click on load drivers / browse / CD drive(here, it will be your flash drive) / Virts IO / Win 0.11/ VIO Store / Windows 7(or 8.1) / amd64 then click next.
* I literally have no idea what this is, but I saw it in a video where this helped installing windows 10, maybe it'll work on 7 too.
All you need to do is find the amd64 folder, that contains the drivers. If you can't find by this way then try searching for it.

No i mean that skylake processors use their full "power" ,if it makes you understand it better, when working under windows 10. You can still use them with windows 7.

you can use 7 but theres a bit of hoop jumping to install it like I showed above they ''prefer'' you use 10 and removed parts of 7 so it was not easy to install

http://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2016/03/skylake-support-on-windows-7-and-8-1-given-a-one-year-extension/

see now a days you do as ''THEY'' want not as you want they decide whats best for you and how you will use there products as they see fit ..

like Microsoft should just be making a OS not a dictatorship
