So now you are in between a faster but last gen system and the new socket. Why the i5-4460 and not the i5-6400 or 6500? They should be pretty much the same price.

If you can't go to the new i5 for some reason, I would pick the i5-4460 here, since that CPU will run games better for longer than the i3-6100. But the ideal solution is the new 1151 socket i5-6400 or 6500, I doubt they are more than $10 or $20 over the older CPU.

i5-6500, GTX 950, you can run games on those at medium settings for quite a while. Best part is that you won't be thinking "I could have...

The E8400 is closer to 10 years old than 3.

960 at $200 is not good, the RX 470 is $200 and is 20% faster.

The power supply is a lower quality one, not a good idea to get that.

The motherboard brand is a local one to you, there is no info about it available in English. Usually that is a sign that it's poorly made.

Look here, http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3127666/build-500.html plenty of ideas.

By "this core" you mean the CPU? The CPU is too slow to keep up with either the 960 or the 470, but since they are the same price and use the same power, the 470 is a better buy since it's faster. To keep a modern mid range video card from being bottlenecked by the CPU, you need a Core i5, say the i5-6400 or something in that range, 6500 maybe. For a budget gaming setup the i3-6100 is good, it has a very good price/performance ratio.

Both of those AMD chips are worse than the new i3. It's not so much that the i3 is no good, they are just not quite fast enough to keep up with the newer video cards, or even the last gen GTX 960 very well.

The i3 you picked is last generation, and is pretty much the same price as the newer i3-6100 which is at least 10% faster.

You want a balanced system so as not to waste money on parts that won't work as fast as they can, especially in a gaming system. No sense having a video card that can play a game on high at 60 fps if your CPU will cause stutter and lag on those settings. Now if you are planning to maybe upgrade something in a year or two, then you can go lower spec on a part. Say get the i3-6100 and the RX 470, then upgrade to an i5-6500. Or get the i5 now and get a lower tier card like the GTX 950 for $120 which is still a good card for games.

CPU is a bad idea, that is a dead end platform.

i3-6100
MSI CSM-H110M Pro-VHL
nVidia GTX 950 (look for cards with rebates to get to about $120)
Kingston HyperX FURY Black 8GB (singe chip so you can get a second one for 16 GB is wanted later on)

Should be about the same cost as the AMD setup, with a bit worse video card. But still way ahead of your current system.

If you have the budget, go up to the RX 470 from the 950, that will help you if you want to move to an i5 at some point.

Well, "must" is a bit too harsh LOL, more like "best price/performance" deal with some upgrade options.

If you don't have the exact motherboard I listed, really anything from the top brands (MSI, Gigabyte, ASUS, Asrock) are good for the 1151 socket. Just don't to too small, micro ATX is the smallest I'd use in a regular setup, mini is too small I think for use outside small form systems.

I can't find any info on that power supply on an English site, look for some real reviews for it, see how good it is.

You can basically go by the price of the power supply, if it's a 500 watt unit and is under 40 or 50, it's junk. If it's about 50, it's OK, about 60-100, it's very good.

This would be a great good budget model if you can get it in your area: SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze EVO Edition

Yes, it's a good quality one, although a bit lower power that you'd want for a system you may want to upgrade later.

See if there is a 500 or higher wattage one available in the same model range or similar. Should not be much more.

Either the RX 460 or the 470 will work with the i5 well, as will the GTX 950 (which is in between those 2 for speeds). Depends on your budget. The faster the card you can get, the higher quality and smoother gaming you will have. If you can get the GTX 950 for about $120 in your area, I'd go with that, it's quite a bit cheaper than the 470 but still good enough for any game. The RX 470 will enable you to play more demanding games longer in the future though, so really up to you and what you can/want to spend.
