Looking at my list of Connected Devices it says the Driver is Unavailable for Razer Naga 2014.
In Device Manager under 'Mice and other pointing devices' I have HID-compliant mouse, and under 'Other devices' it shows my Naga 2014.
When I try to update the driver it says it 'Requires an Interactive Window'. I can't roll back the driver either. I've tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling it including removing it from Device manager. Did the same thing in Safe Mode as well. No luck.
It's like there's no driver or firmware on the mouse itself, but I haven't found anything to fix it. Any advice?
I also have a Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 that works fine.

My Razer mouse is out of warranty and is not working. Is there any way it can be repaired?
Razer products are designed to work well beyond when the warranty has expired. However, If you feel your mouse is having issues we first suggest trying the mouse on another computer to insure the issue is with the mouse and not something within the computer system. If you have narrowed the issue to the mouse itself there is not really a cost effective repair center that would be able to assist you.

have you tried mouse on another PC?

EDIT: I submitted this about a month ago but thought I would give an update for the archive.
I have resolved my issue (with no help from Razer support, they just had me going in circles). Here is what I did:
1 Installed and updated Razer Synapse.
2 Rebooted PC in Safe Mode.
3 Uninstalled Windows-found Razer drivers.
4 Rebooted in Safe Mode again. (note: I had no mouse and was using only keyboard)
5 Opened Razer Synapse and received the "no device detected" message again, but after about 2 minutes the drivers began to automatically install.
6 Rebooted normal Windows and issue resolved!
For good measure I unplugged the USB and plugged it into a different port to see if it gave me problems but it did not. The mouse has been working perfectly since then.

I don't have another one to try it out on. And I've followed that posts steps, even though it's pretty old, it didn't work for me. :(
The only part I don't quite understand is Step 3, did he just uninstall/reinstall the Razer drivers in Safe mode? Or is it something else?
I'm not getting what Windows-found drivers means.

Just found something new, Windows Update isn't able to update Razer driver for some reason. Either it's because it's the latest version or something else

looks to me like he just removed the drivers in device manager

Testing it on other PC would at least tell us if its the mouse that isn't working or the software, I assume you can still move the cursor around, just not click anything?

does mouse work if you remove synapse? Razer software isn't the greatest on earth.

I'm using it like any other mouse, I can click and use the wheel buttons, and the buttons right behind the wheel, but none of the side buttons are working. And I can use it without synapse, but the buttons still don't work.

I managed to get ahold of a second PC and everything worked fine on it. It didn't have Synapse installed but at least the Side Buttons worked which is all that really matters. So that tells me there's an issue with my PC itself. Though locking down on what that actually could be is going to be tough, since I'm kinda lost now. Talking with Razer tech support now so we'll see how it goes.
