Which of these cpu fans should I get for skylake i7

the Noctua comes with a 4 Pin PWM fan and let's you control fan speed
however the Phanteks fits your case easily

the nocuta NH-U-series is designed to fit with RAM
but it really depends on your RAM. Corsair Vengeance RAM for example is significantly smaller than the Ripjaws V
the Phanteks cooler allows for up to 32mm RAM, you can move the fan a bit to gain a few mm, the Ripjaws however need 42mm, I don't think that will work
Corsair Vengeance only take up 31mm and should be fine
