Parts seem okay though i can almost guarentee that with that CPU and GPU you will not run the most modern games at ultra with 60fps maybe you will get away with high settings 40-60fps but not ultra, if you do want ultra an i5+ would be better and maybe a GTX 1060 3GB or for AMD an RX480 GB. If you do upgrade these it would also be sensible to upgrade the PSU aswell aulthough EVGA are a good brand im not sure 430W would be enough.

I agree with 010010 on the fact that an i5 minimum would be best.
For GPU, it's up to you, GTX 1060 is awesome, RX480 is best but on your budget I think an i5 + RX470 can be squeezed in there.
