How does this first gaming PC build look?

I was wondering if things were compatible and have overclocking potential. In addition, I don't understand how I would install the OS on a blank system. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you!

Not bad for a starting computer. The cpu and motherboard is compatible but the only thing I would do is maybe switch the ram to HyperX because there a little better. Other than that everything is good.
