EDIT: SOLVED
After researching for 24+hours the issue was "no POST", I tried some stuff, but the one that worked is using USB BIOS flashback in my hero 7 rog motherboard, god bless this feature, I was already thinking what PC repair store I was going to give my PC so they repair it.

Hi, I don't know what's the correct category of my huge issue because it could be anything.
Here is what happened, in July the PC was running perfectly, then I went in a vacation till today 1-sep-2016. Before leaving I turn the power down and unplugged the cable from the power supply. Today I return home and plug everything back correctly and this happens:
1. I press the power button
2. The LG monitor's LED turns from red to blue (which always happened, it works this way)
3.The PC seems to be running, all it's interior lights are OK, and the fans are spinning, like nothing ever happened
4. The screen was, is, and continues being black. I mean, not even the bios logo showed on the screen, it's just 1)press power button 2) screen activates but stays black.

I tried changing the ram slots, changing the GPU slot, disconnecting the SSD, DVD, disconnecting GPU and trying the integrated graphics, restarting 100 times.
I googled things but nothing looks like my issue, I'm desperate, I built this PC at the end of 2014.

The specs are: GTX 970 (gigabyte windforce), Asus rog hero VI, i7 (the one that has a stock of 4 and boots to 4.4, can't remember the name, Corsair 860x or something, Samsung evo 500GB SSD, an Asus DVD drive, and finally corsair 110 for cooling, w10 OS.
Thank you

Edit1: forgot to mention that the is no cursor and pressing keys on the keyboard does absolutely nothing

Is the cable connecting directly to GPU?
