Hi bro's !!
1) I had a old Intel p4 pc with 4 gb RAM & 250 gb ROM,
2) With that i want to build a server & connect it to the web page...
3) i also want to build a free website & free host ....connect it to the my server...so which software or online is better for making a website & free hosting ?? and
which server OS is better ?

Likely none of the above. In most cases the ISP will prevent you from hosting a web site on a non business internet account. More importantly you do not even want to think about connecting a web server to the internet when you do not even know the basics. You will likely not set it up securely and the bad guys will take it over and do all kinds of bad things.

You are much better off if you want to learn web page stuff is to use one of the many hosting facilities. Even large companies now do this, few run their own servers anymore. For low volume stuff when you are learning you can get many free accounts or extremely cheap. Both google and amazon offer free options. They have options where the server software and the web...
