Hi. When I had 2 MSI 970s in this case when I turned it on the case fans would start on the lowest setting. Now I have replaced them with a EVGA 980ti Hybrid when I turn it on the case fans start on the highest setting. Motherboard is a ROG Crosshair Formula Z. I have just loaded defaults on the board and reinstalled windows 10 and still they start at the max setting.
Any ideas??
