Should I RMA my new GPU? (1080 Gigabyte G1)

Hello all,

So basically put I splurged out on a nearly 700 pound graphics card, the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 G1 ordered from Scan.co.uk. So, it began to make strange coil whining noises, grinding, and loud 'clicks' straight out of the box, whilst gaming and on idle. At first I thought it was my water cooler, and thought I'd have to simply replace it, until I did a trusty rolled up paper stethoscope test and found out that it was actually the graphics card. It began in a subtle manner, then slowly getting louder, no strict pattern, happened sporadically during games (no heavy loads) but now it happens frequently and audibly even whilst the PC is idling. Here are a few examples (I have one stock fan inside, makes hell of a noise, try to ignore it!):

During exiting a programme, the graphics card would 'squeal', as seen with this heaven benchmark test:

Some times certain objects would render in an obscure fashion, or graphics would not render at all in games:

It grinds when playing games:

The trusty coil whine:

And now it is making noises as if it has been smoking 50 a day for 50 years:

I know a few of them do not sound audible in the videos but you can hear it clearly throughout the living room and kitchen, and it sends my dogs mad. I have an RMA in process, but am I being to picky? Never had this happen to me in all my years with a GPU, so I am not sure. Many thanks for any input.

I've got a battery charger that does that when it's done charging, it's probably the fact that it's gigabyte, personally I don't buy gigabyte products I generally go with either evga or asus as I've found they make the most reliable stuff but I don't think you can rma a card unless the noise is like a coffee grinder where your fan bearing has failed, they probably won't consider it an issue and you risk the replacement card having the same problem too but you could always try your luck.
