I am getting Black Borders around my screen when I am in-game, I do not have the most impressive graphics card in the world since I have a AMD R7 200 Series, that forces me to play games in 720p, I had no issue with black borders until I re-installed my Windows and thats when it started to happen. I already checked the Digital Flat Pannel on the AMD Control Center with no use.

You must first set the rez to your monitors default rez. Then you will have more options in screen scaling. Is it only in game or all the time. Could it be you a running in windowed mode?
