My PC restarts while playing games

I've had my PC for a little longer than a year now and I've never run into this problem before. When I play games (I've only noticed this happening in The Witcher 3 and Overwatch), my screen will go black and my PC will restart. There is no bluescreen. I've also noticed it only happens during times of moderate stress, usually when the game is loading something (like a map in Overwatch, a save game, or fast travelling in The Witcher). I have run all kinds of hardware tests, but I can't narrow down the problem to a specific component/software. My event viewer shows critical errors when this happens, namely "Kernel-power," which leads me to believe it might be a problem with my PSU. I'm not really sure how to test this theory other than looking at voltages supplied to the motherboard/gpu/cpu, but I don't know enough to say if they're off or not. Also, I can really only look at the numbers when the computer isn't being stressed because I only have one monitor. Can anyone tell me if these numbers are off in any way or if there's something I can try to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Here's some more info

Have you cleaned your pc in the last year? I think your gpu fan might be clogged or your psu might be really dirty, if you have an air compressor blow out everything including the gpu. If it's clean and still happening it might be a failing psu, try running furmark for a few minutes and see how hot your gpu gets (only do this if you're sure the gpu is clean) and if the computer restarts during the default stress test.

If your gpu hits 90 degrees stop testing and make sure the fan is working.

If fan is working but gpu is really hot dl msi afterburner and use the fan profile there to set up a simple fan curve, place the first dot at 30 degrees 40% and the second dot at 60 degrees 80% and test again to make sure this fixed the issue.
