Which one is better for HTC Vive?

Solution
that is way too much to be putting into a case, with a budget that small.

And do you really need windows 10 pro?

if your not overclocking the cpu then the stock cooler is fine. even if you are overclocking, i would get a hypo evo 212 instead of an AIO cooler.

Can you also help me find a cooler for the cpu? I was looking for more of a water cooler, and is there a way to color the water to make it look cool?
