I've been noticing some difference in what I usually see on the screen, after either playing Guild wars 2 extensively lately or the latest Nvidia driver update. I updated the driver through Geforce Experience 30.08.2016.
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.20GHz
GPU: Gainward GTX 770 Phantom 2GB
Monitor: AOC 24" LED G2460PQU (144 hz all the time)
I am unsure if this is a GPU problem or Monitor problem.
This has happened before, and I do not know how I fixed it or what causes it. It feels like it's connected to the games I'm playing, such as Archeage when it last happened, does it have to do about the intense pressure the gpu or monitor is under? I usually have on max settings.
Here's what it looks like for me (Examples): None of the pictures are by me.

The after effects looks like this, but stays for much shorter duration. The color of it seems to be brighter and has a blue-ish tint (?).

The screen tearing only happens if I move the camera fast.
This also affects outside gaming. Everything I do gets affected, such as watching videos.
Thanks for the help!
