Here's computer specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 3570k
Mobo: Asrock Z77 Extreme4
GPU: ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-7PD128BW
HDD: Seagate NAS HDD ST2000VN000 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s Internal Hard Drive
Case: Corsair Vengeance C70

I'd like to do a custom loop going through the CPU and GPU.

I'm quite new to water cooling, and could use some help finding the right equipment! Thanks!

Unless you want to starting doing it as more of a hobby, its really not worth it to be honest. Air cooling has improved a lot and is much easier to setup and manage, plus you don't have to worry about leaks. Sure custom loops may run cooler but the effort and money put into it is not worth it IMO.
