It`s a Fair price indeed.

An Asus M5A99X alone if you wanted to buy it would cost you close to $100.
The only thing I would say, or warn you about is the FX 8150 cpu because it is in fact the first generation of FX based cpu.

Apart from that it`s a pretty good price.

Holy smokes that's not a fair price...that's a steal. That SSD alone costs $140 new (US). Sure the FX 8150 is a five year old chipset, but it still has legs. The biggest weak link in this build is the R7 260 GPU (the 270 is an R9) if you plan on gaming with it with newer titles. Separately on the used market (eBay), those components are worth more than twice the price you are paying.

I already have a build, but I'm picking it up for a friend.

Is the FX 8150 any good for GTA 5 and CS:GO?
Also it's a 260x
