New PC Build wont power on, Please Help.

Hello everyone, ive recently just built my new pc and am having issues with it already, it just simply wont power on, ive looked online and tried the paper clip test and psu appears to be fine, any thoughts?

Hi, Try taking the board outside the case and starting it by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the motherboard corresponding to the case power button (check the manual for identifying them).

Hello thanks for the replys, turns out i miss connected the SYS_FAN header but now we have a new problem, the system is powering itself on but im not getting any video signal, im using the HDMI port on the graphics card.
These are my specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 845
GPU: MSI AMD Radeon 360
RAM: 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-HD2
PSU: Corsair CX430
HHD: Toshiba 1TB

Is the pcie power cable connected to the gu?
