I have a Cooler Master Elite 130 Case. I am trying to decide between two different 1060s.

The first is my favorite of the two it's the EVGA Gtx 1060 6gb SC single fan.

I only have two issues with this card the first is that it's a open air style card and I am concerned about overall case temp. The second issue was that it has only one hdmi and I wanted two for VR but I've solved that issue because there are converters and adapters to work around that.

My second choice is the Asus Gtx 1060 6gb Turbo blower style.

So the blower could be of benefit because it keeps the hot air out of the case from the GPU. The negative with this card would be it running hotter then the EVGA, and it being louder. It does have two HDMI's though.

I plan on running the airflow in the case as follows. I will have the front fan set as an intake and I am going to mount another 120 mm fan on the side opposite of the GPU as another intake on the HD rack that I'm not using anyways and then putting the 90mm fan next to the gpu if I go with the EVGA sence it would fit I hope as an exhaust. Although I am concerned about that little fan being too high pitched will see I guess. What do y'all think?

EVGA Gtx 1060 is very good and keeps good temps , I think that you have room in the Elite 130 case from the side so the GPU can pull air.
The asus Gtx 1060 won't be bad but the EVGA one is clocked higher and its smaller will fit better .

Personally i would save a bit more money and go for one of the more powerful versions, maybe the triple fan ASUS 1060 or something from gigabyte. But if you are unable to put any more money in, the ASUS blower style card would be my pick. Both of the cards you have stated above basically have the same clock speeds, so it would all come down to what cooling solution you want. If you can put a fan on the side of the case then i would definitely go for the blower card.
