Right now, i have a AMD Athlon X4 860K and it is making so when i play newer games such as bf1 and fallout 4 it stays at around 98% to 100% making my game lag. does anyone have any suggestions on a good FM2+ CPU which wont hit highs of 100 percent when playing new releases (im at a low budget right now so i cant spend any more than 100 pound)

There is no upgrade on that platform or even gaming wise any amd processor.

ok, thankyou do you think it will make a noticable change to the way my games run? i will need to sell my old motherboard and cpu to be able to afford it :(
