Within the past week, I have begun to experience a random black screen crash. I can't say for certain, but it seems like it is happening when I am watch videos, either youtube or netflix. I'm a pretty hardcore gamer and have not yet experienced any issues with crashes while gaming.

Most of the times this has happened (4 times I think?) it black screens, nothing happens, and eventually I just hold the power to force it off. Upon turning it back on, it runs completely normal. One time however, it opened with a screen telling me there was an issue with "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT". I tried running Windows Memory Diagnostic and got no results.
