Hi:

I am looking for a recommendation to upgrade in the $600.00 range.

I currently have 8g ram (corsair), i3-4560 and gtx 960 and my MB is an Asrock H97M Pro4

Any ideas ??

Upgrade to an i5 or an i7, and get another 8gb of ram, then you can ebay the i3 or sell somehow and then can also sell 960 and upgrade to like a 1070.

Ditto, even a 1060 would be a great upgrade imo, and more power is not really needed for 60Hz 1080p.

No, it will be worse as it features a blower style cooler which does a poor job of temperature management, and sounds like a jet engine.
