Im not super good with computers and my friends helped me build this so im sorry for my bad computer vocab.

I have a Z170a M7 gaming motherboard and when I install all 4 of my ram sticks it doesn't work, but when I take 2 out it works, is their an easy was to solve this?

Please let me know

Is the RAM overclocked? (Anything above 2133 MHz)
Did all 4 RAM sticks come in 1 kit?
When you say it doesn't work, do you get an error message?
When you say it works with only two ram sticks installed - does it matter which of the 4 sticks you use? Can you swap the working pair with the remaining two and it still works?
Do 2 sticks work in both positions (slot 1+3/slot 2+4)?
