Connecting to two different routers

I have 2 wireless adapters and i have 2 routers i can connect too. My own router and my neighbors router, both different ISP. Is there a possible way to connect to both of them at the same time? I would want to use one for web browsing and one for playing online games. My ping is significantly higher when trying to do both at the same time using my own router. I'm running windows 10 also.

No, not with consumer equipment.

Unless you have your neighbor's full permission, you should NEVER use their network at all!
