I want to buy new vga pcie 3.0 x16 but my mobo just pcie x16 not 3.0, im afraid is not compatible. My mobo ecs g41t-m6 v1.0

By "vga pcie", you mean a graphics card that has a vga output? The motherboard is quite old, but it's still capable of running modern PCIe graphic cards. All modern cards are x16 3.0, but they are backward compatible with the older generations of PCIe, so you shouldn't have any issues with that. However, sometimes older computers don't recognize modern hardware, so a BIOS update may be required to get it to work.
