My Bays????? (PCIE PROBLEMS)

I am looking to but an Elgato HD 60 Pro which uses a PCIE 1 slot (I have) however where the slot is....the bay that you would normally open....isn't there, it is the rights shape and size for the card however metal is in the way.. what do i do? I looks like I could break where the card should go however that doesn't seem right (If that is the case are you able to send me to a youtube video so i can tell you are telling the truth and not wanting me just to break my PC)

Many cheap cases come with break-away slot covers so if you see what looks like a slot cover but there's no way to unscrew it then its probably a breakaway cover and you need to use a screwdriver or pliers to ... break it off
