can i play Mafia 2,Fifa 14,Arma 2, DOTA2 with following specs:- Intel Quad core q45/q35 3.0 ghz processor,4gb ddr3 ram , 2gb internal graphic card

I doubt you can play them at a stable fps with the integrated graphics you have. Try getting a dedicated graphics card and you should be fine playing those games.
