My cam software for the NZXT Hue + doesn't change my led colors.

I got the NZXT Hue +, and the CAM Software isn't changing the LEDs. I don't know why and the software is detecting the Leds.

first make sure you have selected to apply changes to the led channel with the attached led's, next make sure you click "save changes" obvious but just checking, i would suggest removing all the channels and just put a single strip in each channel to test it, make sure everything has power, the connections for the cables running the power for the led's to the hue+ may be faulty. and if this doesnt work i would completely uninstall and reinstall, you can also try playing around with profiles. I get problems with the software and the lights every now and then as my pc gets moved around a lot
