cpu unstable voltage and clock

i have an amd athlon x4 760k, that the voltage just jumps around from .900 to 1.4, please help? my pc keeps shutting down how do i solve this? the temps jump from 50' idle for some fucking reason and 70-90c on high load.

please someone help me i'll be very grateful and may even buy u pizza

Is your cooler mounted well?
Does it wiggle if you nudge it?
Did you use too much paste which acts as an insulator?
Is the cooler fan running?
I expect ANY properly mounted cooler to show 10-15c. over ambient.

It's normal for CPU clockspeed and voltage to go up and down. When the CPU is idle, AMD's Cool & Quiet slows the chip down to save power, and speeds it back up when needed. This is not the source of your instability.

If your cooler wiggles when you nudge it, it is not mounted well and can not keep proper contact.
What cooler do you have?

i just checked and it doesnt nudge. im trying to play bf1 and it keeps shutting off..
