And I want to Buy
Gigabyte GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 3GB
the psu will be enough for the future with i5?

ANTEC VP400P
OR
ANTEC BP450S

If it has to be one of those 2 I suggest you pick the ANTEC BP450S. But for a card like that I would really try to get a PSU with at least 500 or 550 watts. Also make sure it has the right connections for your GPU :)
