Yesterday I tried installing new drivers on a gpu I just bought (660ti), everything went smooth untill i restarted my PC. After this my PC didn't output any image whatsoever, so I tried installing my other GPU to see if the 660ti was dead, but even that wouldn't let it boot. I have since tried to clear the cmos and I unplugged the harddrives, but had no sucsess as the PC didn't give any display.

It's only sign of life was when I swithed to bios nr.2 and unplugged the harddrives. The PC finally displayed "no bootable devices detected" and it booted me into the bios which worked fine even though it was at a very low resolution. Sadly, after rebooting with harddrives it was dead again, and plugging them out again didn't give me a display either...

The only thing i have to go by is the error code which reads:

"Detect and install all currently connected SCSI devices".

Is it worth trying to delete the content of my harddrives and try again, or is the motherboard dead?
