Looking to build a fairly low budget gaming pc

Hey,

this is the system i'm currently looking at building.
I'm looking for some advice on the parts I have chosen.

CPU: i3 4170
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 960
MOBO: MSI H97 gaming 3
SSD: Sandisk SSD PLUS 240GB
RAM: Cosair Vengeance 2 x 4GB
PSU: Seasonic S12-II 520w
CASE: Zalman Z3

Is there better choices for around the same price?
I am specifically unsure of what motherboard to go with, I want a solid one for the future naturally.

This looks pretty good, but honestly i would go for an rx 480. And if you can spend a little extra on an i5 4460. But if you cant the i3 is a decent choice.

Skylake i3, B150 MB & DDR4 memory would be a better choice. besides that the other parts are good. Something like this would work well with those other parts.
