Overclocking monitor voids warranty?

I have 29UM68-P ultrawide freesync monitor.

I want to overclock my monitor. So how far can I overclock it. Will it break? If it breaks, will it void the warranty? Can they detect that I've overclocked the monitor?

What happens if I go to unreasonable levels of overclocking? Which kind of artifacts will occur.

Thanks for the help.

The warranty on your monto varies and you should carefully read it to see if overclocking will void your warranty. If overclocking will void it, it is at your own risk to overclocking it. I have also posted a thread asking about the dangers of overclocking your monitor. I haven't heard of any stories about destroying their monitor by overclocking it, but if you do, if your overclock becomes unstable, th monitor will black out for a few seconds and will automatically change back to stock speed.
