Building a PC for someone, and going to use a GTX 770 that I had lying around since I upgraded. The PC is for gaming, but definitely not going to be played on very high/ max specs, most likely running a solid 60FPS on med-high specs would be ideal, so which CPU would be best for this, and price is a factor as well; so the cheaper the better. Also should mention that it's going to have 8 GB RAM and Intel is preferred, but AMD may also be an option.
