GTX 770 Fan Going Nuts in Windows 10!

Just as the title describes, about a week ago my 770's fan started spinning up to full speed every 15 seconds and does it for 2-3 seconds then backs off, then repeats. GPU-Z shows it literally going from 0rpm to 3500rpm every 10-15 seconds or so.

If I am in the BIOS this does not happen, so apparently something with Windows 10 is causing the problem. Can anyone help? I'm on the latest 770 drivers, and have had 10 for some time without this problem ever occurring up until the last week or so, and quite frankly don't remember any new Windows updates recently, so it seems like it happened kinda out of the blue. Thanks!

Hmm, try a Beta driver if available or try a slightly older driver.

If you want to help I would go straight to Nvidia with the issue. They might need some hardware logs or something to track down the problem. (Assuming they care, 770 is a nice card, but is now two generations and three series behind.)

So I completely uninstalled my drivers in safe mode, problem solved. Then I reinstalled the GeForce drivers, problem is back again. My card does not like the drivers for some reason or another?
