Is there a bottleneck on my setup?

My setup is:

i7 6700
GTX 1080 founder's edition
16gb ballistix
MSI Z170A gaming pro


I've seen videos of battlefield 1 of people with the same CPU and GPU getting 120~ fps while i'm only getting 80-90FPS with the same settings

Yes it is, and your RAM is not an issue neither. So i don't think you need to worry abour it. If you are getting less AVERAGE fps than other people with the same hardware could be because of:

-Drivers
-Graphic settings
-Resolution
