How do I turbo boost

Hello Community
i want to turbo boost but i dont know how to and i want to boost my AMD A8-Series APU A8-7600
Here are my specs
GPU GTX 950
CPU AMD A8 7600
POWER SUPPLY CX430
MOTHERBOARD MSI A68HM-E33 V2 (MS-7721)

3.1 GHz is its stock speed. Turbo takes it to 3.8 GHz. But it is based on how many cores are needed. When it is executing single threads, it can reach 3.8. As more cores come into use, the turbo speed drops. It does this to stay within the safe temp envelope.
1 core: 3800 MHz
2 cores: 3700 MHz
3 cores: 3300 MHz
4 cores: 3100 MHz
