Installed new gtx 960 no display, can't open the bios

So I recently bought a new gtx 960 GPU, I installed it correctly with a 8 pin to 6x2 to my 500w power supply, flashed to the latest BIOS update, removed the internal radeon TM graphics card drivers and yet I get no display and can't get on the BIOS. What do I do?

What about the rest of the rig? I mean can you please share the specifications, like how many fans, HDD, optical drives, the make and model of the CPU and how old the PSU is and of which make?

Honestly, looks more of a hardware issue to me now, and IMO you should try and find out which one of the following is guilty - the GPU, PSU or the MoBo. Try using a different PSU (a friend might come in handy), try testing the Gfx Card on a different functional system (again a friend might come in handy). Remember, sometimes just changing the...

Presuming no audible BIOS beep was registered at startup, I would suggest you to double check the connections, make sure the ATX connector, has been secured firmly. Now, if the problem still persists then, it would be a good idea to clear the CMOS as this will load the default BIOS and hopefully help the system to boot up successfully. Good luck!

Yes I tried with the HDMI in the GPU, didn't work, I already reset the BIOS to default . I forgot to say this but the fans in the GPU only works for a couple of seconds and then it suddenly stops.
