I shut down my computer today, then a few mins later my mum wanted me to find something, tried to turn it on and it wouldn't post, would turn on for about 2 seconds turn off and then a few seconds later back on and would constantly cycle. I have an intel i7 4770k with a recently upgraded to 1070 (has been working fine with this). I have the gigabyte GA-Z87X-OC motherboard which has that little display of numbers which I have attached a slow motion video of what it is displaying if that helps.
Any more info that you want just ask.
btw I don't really know what category this would go in.
