HELP! Computer not turning on. beeps 40 times, shuts down, and repeats.

Please help, I shut it off after a freeze and now it went even let me get to bios. I tried to reset the CMOS battery and took out my graphics card and switched ram slots and nothing worked. Please help? Urgent.

40 fast short ones, that option isn't listed.
but I have 2 ballistix sport 4 gig ram sticks; Intel E97379-001 Intel middle fan, the rest of what I have is default to my mother board & i apologize. I'm bought this build about a year or two ago and its been working fine till now. I'm fairly new to the desktop scene so I may not know the certain terms or how to analyze the specs
